Pastor Ford’s journey has been shaped by firsthand experiences with the justice system, homelessness, addiction, and brokenness—not just as an observer, but as someone who has walked alongside those society often overlooks. He has seen what happens when individuals are given a second chance, when their basic needs are met, and when they are introduced to the love and grace of God. It is this understanding that fuels his ministry.
At ROC Church, Pastor Ford has built more than a place of worship; he has created a movement—a church that doesn’t wait for people to come inside its walls but goes out to meet them where they are.
